1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using ClientWorksheets.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by ClientWorksheets, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClientWorksheets.com provides therapists, counselors, coaches, and practices with a library of interactive, clinician-informed tools (worksheets, assessments, and exercises) that can be shared via branded links. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, practice branding, and tool search functionality.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for professional use by therapists, counselors, coaches, practices, and similar professionals who are responsible for selecting tools that fit their work and client relationships. If your profession requires licensure or supervision, you are responsible for meeting those requirements.

4. Tools Are Not Therapy

The tools provided through ClientWorksheets.com are structured support materials for between-session work. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or emergency care. You are responsible for selecting appropriate tools, using your own professional judgment, and following your own communication, documentation, and privacy procedures.

5. Client Worksheet Responses

Clients are anonymous to ClientWorksheets: no client account, no client profile, and no submitted worksheet responses. Worksheet responses are not submitted to ClientWorksheets or stored in your dashboard. Responses are designed to save locally in the client browser on that device, when browser settings allow. For the standard worksheet-response workflow, ClientWorksheets does not require a BAA because it does not receive or store client worksheet responses. You should not enter client-identifying information into dashboard searches, Library names, Library notes, support messages, admin notes, or other account-management fields.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free tier with access to a curated selection of sample tools. Full access to the complete tool library requires a paid subscription. Paid plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may request cancellation through support at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier with access to sample tools only. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Share tool links, tool content, or access to the Service with other therapists, clinicians, or practices who do not have their own active subscription
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available the tools or their content to any third party, whether for free or for compensation
  • Forward, copy, download, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce tool content for the purpose of sharing it outside your own client relationships
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the tools
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent the tools as your own original creation
  • Use automated systems to scrape or download tool content

Your subscription is for your use with your own clients only. Each therapist or practice that wishes to use ClientWorksheets.com must maintain their own active subscription. Sharing tools with colleagues who do not have a subscription is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All tools, content, designs, code, and branding associated with ClientWorksheets.com are the intellectual property of ClientWorksheets, LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the tools solely with your own clients for the duration of your active subscription. This license does not extend to other therapists, practices, or organizations. You retain ownership of any branding assets, such as logos, that you upload to the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and tool library will end, and your branding settings will be removed.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding clinical outcomes from the use of any tools.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientWorksheets, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
